Positive: The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a good location. They have ONE outdoor pool (not an indoor AND outdoor pool as stated on Booking.com), and it may need a little attention, but we enjoyed it. They also DO accept dogs! This was a great discovery for an upcoming need, especially since it was listed here as NOT allowing them.
Negative: The breakfast was very basic, even for me, and I don't usually go for waffles, etc. It would be great if yogurt could be offered and a few other cereals, but if other guests aren't eating that, then I understand. While there were several pillows on the bed, all of them were the flat (feather?) kind. I would love to have a few foam- type in the mix like I've had at other Hampton Inns.

Positive: Breakfast was excellent.
Negative: My late check in was delayed briefly due to no one at the desk. The room refrigerator was off but not noted so my cold items became warm in the refrigerator. Dirt on the hall carpet outside my door.

Positive: Comfy bed. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice when not filled with dope smoking partiers. Room was nice except for unsafe loose outlets, loose shower drain cover that caused me to slip, and sticky hair dryer.
Negative: Ice machine broken, VERY NOISY, loose nonfunctional outlets. Shower drain loose causing a near fall, sticky hair dryer. People smoking Marijuana in the pool and too rowdy to share space with them. DID NOT APPRECIATE THE $50 SHAKE DOWN ON REGISTRATION.
Summary: We expect netter from Hampton.

Positive: Perfect for where we needed to be! Food and stores are close
Negative: Only issue our tv didn’t work but the attendant came to the room tried to fix and when that didn’t work she got us swapped to a new room no problems.. she was great and very helpful.
